Manaslu / Gorkha
The Manaslu Circuit is often called the new Annapurna Circuit — offering similar diversity with far fewer trekkers. This restricted area trek circles Mount Manaslu (8,163m), the eighth highest mountain in the world, crossing the challenging Larkya La pass (5,160m). The route passes through Hindu lowland villages, Buddhist highland communities, and remote Tibetan-influenced settlements. The diversity of landscapes — from subtropical valleys to high alpine terrain — makes this one of Nepal's most rewarding treks.
