1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NepalBuddy (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Services

NepalBuddy provides a marketplace platform connecting travelers with tourism service providers in Nepal, including but not limited to trekking agencies, hotels, guides, and porters. We act as an intermediary and are not directly responsible for services provided by third-party providers.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the service provider. NepalBuddy charges a 10% commission on bookings. Cancellation policies vary by provider and are displayed at the time of booking. Refunds are processed according to the applicable cancellation policy.

5. Service Provider Verification

We verify service provider licenses and credentials to the best of our ability. However, we recommend travelers conduct their own due diligence. NepalBuddy is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of listed services.

6. User Content

By posting reviews, photos, or other content on the Platform, you grant NepalBuddy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of content you post.

7. Limitation of Liability

NepalBuddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or services booked through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal.
